Booking Terms And Conditions
A £10 per head Booking Fee is required for ALL BOOKINGS. This will be taken as soon as you make your online booking with us. If you book via email or phone, a secure payment link will be e-mailed to you and you will have 72 hours to make payment of the deposit.
Failure to make payment within 72 hours will result in your reservation being automatically cancelled and we will not be able to guarantee the same time will be available if you try to re-book.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, and your booking is for the current month, you are able to TRANSFER your booking once, to a future date but the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel your reservation over a month in advance, you can either have a FULL REFUND or TRANSFER your deposit to a future date.
The £10 deposits will be deducted from your bill on the day you dine.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WONT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT WITH LESS THEN 1 MONTHS NOTICE.
If you make your booking less then a month before the desired date/time it is NON REFUNDABLE as stated above.
PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AS THIS MUST BE CARRIED OUT IN HOUSE.
Please note for special occasions we will take a further deposit of 50% of the set menu price for that day. Please check the menus on the website prior to booking with us.
This will also be taken off your bill the day you dine with us.
Some special events require full payment upfront.
Tables of 2 allocated 2 hours on the table only, tables of 3 to 7 people are allocated 2 hours & 15 minutes & tables of 8 or more are allocated 2 and a half hours, if you require more time on your table please email us as we do offer private room hire or venue hire with a minimum spend required. Please ensure you arrive on time as these time allocations begin when your booking is scheduled for not from when you sit down, Thank you.

To transfer the booking you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
