Booking Terms And Conditions

A £10 per head Booking Fee is required for ALL BOOKINGS. This will be taken as soon as you make your online booking with us. If you book via email or phone, a secure payment link will be e-mailed to you and you will have 72 hours to make payment of the deposit.

Failure to make payment within 72 hours will result in your reservation being automatically cancelled and we will not be able to guarantee the same time will be available if you try to re-book.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, and your booking is for the current month, you are able to TRANSFER your booking once, to a future date but the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

If your reservation is for the following month, or any month in the future, you can either have a FULL REFUND or TRANSFER your deposit to a future date.

The £10 deposits will be deducted from your bill on the day you dine.

To transfer the booking you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
